Kenon Owens joined Symon Perriman on the Edge stage to talk about the new features and focus of System Center Virtual Machine Manager 2012, which as we mentioned a couple days ago is available in beta today.
New to SCVMM 2012 is the concept of clouds - a new way to think about how you manage your resources around the services they deliver, instead of the machines and roles. It's very easy to use VMM 2012 to provision new machines and put them in a new cloud - Kenon claimed he could do it in under 90 seconds, so Symon put him to the test.
